Ingredients
BUTTER, soft brown sugar, condensed MILK, FLOUR, mixed spices, cinnamon, ginger, MIXED FRUIT, BAKING POWDER, bicarbonate of soda, orange and lemon zest
Storage: Keep refrigerated at 0–5°C. Can be frozen for up to 3 months. Defrost thoroughly in the refrigerator before baking. Once defrosted, use within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
To enjoy warm / bake: Baked at 170c for 12 minutes on a preheated oven, leave to cool down at room temperature.
